DESIGN OF PROJECT

Which companies/organisations to choose?

Segmentation: for example Tourism / other Service Industry / other Industry

How to develop criteria - together - working groups?

How to work - (three) groups, individually?

 Results:

Three product groups (two from tourism/hospitality, one from hardware industry):

Theme Parks (mostly Amusement Park with rides, excluding for instance Tropical Island)

 Event Gastronomy (Subway, KFC etc.)

Toys for Children (mostly branded play-goods, excluding computer games, bicycles etc.)

- Common criteria for all three groups with (maybe) some specific additional criteria

- Each group looking at 9-10 websites/brands in all languages which the members of the group comprehend

- Focus on endusers (parents - children), secondary analysis of offers for other stakeholders (press, investors, government/society, potential employees). No analysis with regard to inner-company communication (intranet) because not available.
