 Communication skills test: Development in two groups

 Communication skills are important and necessary for your private and professional life.

 Please form two groups (mixed in gender, age, cultural background if possible) and develop a communication skills test to find out about communication skills of other persons.

 This may be used for selecting students for participation in an overseas study program, or for hiring somebody for your company, or other.

 Please decide for which situation the test should be useful, develop it and try it out with the other students in the next unit.

 You have 90 minutes to develop the test.
It should be useful to test several persons at a time and should be finished (including evaluation) within 40 minutes. Do not forget to develop the evaluation criteria and procedure as well.

 One group can stay in this classroom, the other group should find another place to prepare the test.
